This page explains how users of the UMM Live application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

What data will be deleted

When your request is processed, we will delete your account information and personal data associated with your UMM Live account, including your phone number and account identifiers.

Data retention

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some data may be retained for a longer period if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes.

Partial data deletion

You may also contact us at the same email address if you want to request deletion of specific personal data without deleting your full account.
